Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are usually processed within 3 business days, and shipping typically takes 10 to 15 days, depending on your location. You will receive and confirmation email once your order has been sent
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment but we will be very soon!
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you need to make changes, please contact us at Cutesy.website@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to modify it.
Q: How come the prices changed?
A: Price changes depends on the market demands, we try to keep them as cheap as possible but ultimately, it will depend on the pricing of the suppliers.

Q: Are your products handmade or sourced?
A: We carefully curate our collection from trusted creators and suppliers all around the world who share our love for quality, charm, and all things cute! Some of our products are carefully made by our suppliers manually!
Q: Will an item that’s sold out come back?
A: Many of our items are limited edition, but fan favourites often make a comeback! Depending on the popularity and suppliers, we cannot guarantee anything.
💌 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help with a return or exchange (conditions apply).
Q: The product size that I received is different from the size that I ordered, why is that?
A: Sizes from the suppliers are mainly approximates. We cannot guarantee you will get the same size as Australia size, so please consider adjusting them, usually we have the measurements included with the products specifications. If not, try and order a size or 2 on your usual size as some products we have are imported from suppliers outside Australia.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
A: Oh no! 😢 Please email us at Cutesy.website@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right right away.

A: Unfortunately we cannot do that at the moment but it is something we are looking into in the near future.
